Notice to Bidders - 2025 Pavement Overlay Program

The Township of Freehold is seeking bids for the 2025 Pavement Overlay Program. This project involves roadway rehabilitation and all work necessary for the project's completion, as detailed in the contract documents. Bids are due by May 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Contract documents are available at the Purchasing Office for a non-refundable fee of $126.00, payable to "The Township of Freehold." Bid packets must include a Statement of Consent of Surety and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check for no less than 10% of the total bid price (up to a maximum of $20,000.00). The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond for the full amount of the project. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids within 60 days of the bid opening.
