TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD 
NOTICE TO BIDDERS 
 
 
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent for 
the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey on TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 
2025 AT 10:00 A.M. local prevailing time at the Municipal Building, 1 Municipal Plaza, 
Freehold, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for the 
following bid: 
 
FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF COLD-WATER METERS, AMI AND HARDWARE 
 
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained electronically by sending an email request 
to adigiovanni@twp.freehold.nj.us  after which the Bid Documents will be emailed to the 
prospective bidder. Bidders interested in obtaining hard copies of the Bid Package may do so in 
person at the office of the Freehold Township Purchasing Agent, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, 
N.J., 07728 during regular business hours 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. for a non-refundable fee of $42.00.  
 
Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a 
sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and “Bid Title, Name and Contract” on 
the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the address above. 
 
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et 
seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq. The bid award will be made to the 
lowest possible bidder in accordance with applicable law.
