Notice to Bidders - Durand Park

The Township of Freehold is soliciting bids for the 2025 Durand Park Site Improvement Project. This project encompasses a range of improvements including reconstruction of pedestrian pathways, regrading of the stone access driveway, concrete ADA parking spaces, a new wooden pavilion, restoration of existing metal shelter/pavilion structures, replacement of yard hydrants, brick paver surfaces, fencing, and new park benches. All work is to be performed at Durand Park, located at 225 Randolph Road, Freehold Township, New Jersey 07728. Bids must be submitted to the Township Purchasing Agent at One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, NJ, by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Specifications and bid information can be obtained from the Freehold Township Purchasing Agent's office for a non-refundable fee of $126.00. Bidders must comply with requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq.
