Notice to Bidders - Hampton Drive Culvert Replacement

The Township of Freehold is seeking bids for the Hampton Drive Culvert Replacement project. This project involves the in-kind replacement of an existing culvert with a new Elliptical Concrete Pipe, the construction of new headwalls, gabion slope protection installation, and associated pavement and concrete repairs. All work must be completed within 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Interested bidders must obtain Contract Documents and Plans from T&M Associates either electronically or in hard copy, subject to a non-refundable fee. A sealed bid packet, along with a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total bid price (not exceeding $20,000.00), must be submitted to the Township Purchasing Agent by the specified deadline. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of the project. Bids are due August 20, 2024.
