The Township of Freehold is seeking proposals for Community Health Assessment Services for the Monmouth County Governmental Public Health Partnership. The project will be awarded through a "fair and open" process. Interested parties can obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and other bid information from the Freehold Township Purchasing Agent's office during regular business hours or via email at adigiovanni@twp.freehod.nj.us. UNLOCK Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, N.J., bearing the bidder's name, address, and the contract title on the outside of the package by the submission deadline. Proposals must be made on the forms included with the bid specification and comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48, and all rules and regulations promulgated thereto. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive irregularities, and decide on the responsibility of the bidders.
