Notice To Bidders - Saker Demo

The Township of Freehold is seeking sealed bids for the Saker Estate Selective Demolition project, Contract No. 24-1. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for selective demolition of two existing dwellings, removal of asbestos and lead based paint, utility service disconnections, site preparation, and other related tasks at 353-355 East Freehold Road. A pre-bid conference was held May 15, 2024, and prospective bidders could obtain contract documents from the Engineer, French & Parrello Associates for a non-refundable fee of $75.00. Bids were due by June 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
