Notice to Bidders- Senior Center Renovation Project

The Township of Freehold is seeking sealed bids for the Senior Center Renovation Project, located at 116 Jackson Mills Road, Freehold, New Jersey. Bids must be submitted to the Township Purchasing Agent at 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey, by July 22nd, 2025, at 11:00 am. A certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, is required. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through meeting will be held on July 2nd, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Senior Center Building.
