2026 - RFP PUBLIC LEGAL NOTICE for Professional Services Contract for Planning & Zoning Board Attorney and Redevelopment Attorney

The Borough of Garwood, County of Union, is soliciting professional service proposals through a fair and open process for a Planning/Zoning Board Attorney and Redevelopment Attorney. The contracts will be for the period of January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Sealed submissions must be received by the Borough Clerk, Patricia Vazquez, no later than December 22, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time. Proposals should be addressed to the Borough Clerk at 403 South Avenue, Garwood, New Jersey, 07027 and submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the proposer's name, address, and the position applying for on the outside of the envelope. Proposers must submit one original proposal, one duplicate copy, and one electronic copy on a USB drive. All professional service contracts must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contracts), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submissions must include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:2524.2) and a Non-Collusion Affidavit.
