Notice of Intent to Award Contract(s) Under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement 
Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Garwood in the County of Union, State of New Jersey 
(“Garwood”) intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract for “Cars, Trucks, 
Vans, SUVs, Cab Chassis, and Other Vehicles,” made available through Sourcewell, and pursuant thereto, 
procure the following from National Auto Fleet Group (490 Auto Center Drive, Watsonville, CA 95076) 
under Sourcewell Contract #091521-NAF: 
1.  One (1) 2026 Ford Super Duty F-550 DRW XL 4WD Reg Cab 145” WB 60” CA with additional add-
on options 
2. Furnish and Installation of Airflo PCS-9-3-SSU Stainless Steel Dump Body and Western 8.5’ MVP 
Snow Plow With Rubber Snow Deflectors from H.A. DeHart & Son 
Information regarding the contract may be found at www.sourcewell.mn.gov, in the Borough of 
Garwood’s Clerk’s office during regular office hours, or at https://garwood.org/ 
Garwood has been a member of the Sourcewell cooperative since 2009, and the subject Sourcewell 
Cooperative Purchasing Contract expires 11/08/2025. 
It is the intent of the Borough of Garwood to award one or more contracts to National Auto Fleet Group 
for the foregoing goods and services on October 9, 2025. 
The contract will commence upon approval on October 9, 2025 and will end upon delivery and 
successful inspection of the items purchased. 
Garwood is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements and award contracts to 
vendors pursuant thereto under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2b.(3) and LFN 2012-10. 
Any comments must be in writing and received by the Garwood Clerk’s Office, 403 South Avenue, 
Garwood, NJ 07027, or via email at clerk@garwood.org no later than 11:00 am on October 9, 2024.
