The Township Council hereby formally ACCEPTS the Maintenance Guarantees in the total amount of Nine Thousand, Two Hundred and Thirty Six Dollars and Seven Cents ($9,236.07) provided by Blackwood Wellness, LLC. 2. The Township officials are hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to acknowledge the final completion and acceptance of the project work, and to commence the warranty period of 2 years effective May 11, 2026. 3. This Resolution shall serve as the official record that the Maintenance Guarantee has been accepted, and any prior, outstanding Performance Guarantee related to this project shall be deemed released and canceled. 4. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Township Engineer, Township Solicitor, and Blackwood Wellness, LLC. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, that: 1. The recommendation of the Township Engineer to fully release the Performance Guarantees is hereby accepted and approved. 2. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to release the Performance Guarantees in the form of Surety Bond Nos. S-348752, S-348753, S-348754, S-348755, and S-348756, to G7B II, LLC. 3. Adopted: May 11, 2026 Township Clerk Nancy Power, RMC President of Council Orlando Mercado R-26:05-171 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GLOUCESTER AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF MAINTENANCE SURETY BONDS G7B II, LLC 1390 BLACKWOOD-CLEMENTON ROAD BLOCK 13302, LOT 3 WHEREAS, G7B II, LLC (hereinafter "Applicant") previously secured Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval to construct a ± 510 square foot coffee establishment with drive- thru and ±260 square foot storage shed contained under a canopy as one structure via Zoning Board of Adjustments Resolution No. ZB-25-006 by the Gloucester Township Zoning Board of Adjustments; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has notified the Township that all required improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer, Matthew J. Magill, Jr., P.E., C.M.E., of Remington & Vernick Engineers, has conducted a final inspection of the site improvements and, by letter dated April 17, 2026, has certified to the Township Council that the required public improvements have been substantially completed and recommends the full release of the remaining Performance Guarantees contingent upon the posting of Maintenance Guarantees; and WHEREAS, the Applicant, G7B II, LLC, has submitted the required Maintenance Guarantees covering a warranty period of 2 years from the date of final acceptance in accordance with below; and GUARANTEE Public Facilities Landscape Buffer Stormwater Bond No. S-348766 $3,777.48 Bond No. S-348767 $2,140.20 Bond No. S-348751 $13,037.33 CAMDEN COUNTY Public Facilities Cash $162.00 WHEREAS, the submitted Maintenance Guarantees have been reviewed by the Township Attorney and the Township Engineer, who have certified that the form and terms of the bonds are sufficient; and WHEREAS, the acceptance of the Maintenance Guarantees signifies the formal acceptance of the completed work and triggers the official commencement of the Maintenance and Warranty Period. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, that: 1. The Township Council hereby formally ACCEPTS the Maintenance Guarantees in the provided by G7B II, LLC. 2. The Township officials are hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to acknowledge the final completion and acceptance of the project work, and to commence the warranty period of 2 years effective May 12, 2026. 3. This Resolution shall serve as the official record that the Maintenance Guarantees have been accepted, and any prior, outstanding Performance Guarantees related to this project shall be deemed released and canceled. 4. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Gloucester, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, as follows: 1. The conditions set forth regarding posting and providing copies of the approved budget, as advertised, have been met. 2. The 2026 Township budget shall be read by title only.
