The Borough of Hamburg is seeking proposals from qualified Cellular Communications Consultants. The selected consultant will provide expert advice and assistance to the Mayor and Council regarding the terms of sale, lease, or other disposition of a property currently leased to a cellular carrier. Services include attending meetings, preparing reports and recommendations, reviewing plans and applications, drafting documents, and developing public education materials. Responders must submit two copies of all requested documentation, which should address specific sections outlined in the RFP, including identification, experience, knowledge of the subject matter, availability, qualifications, and fees. Submissions must be hand-delivered, mailed, or sent via overnight delivery; fax submissions will not be considered. Late submissions will be rejected.
