The Township of Hamilton, Mercer County, is soliciting sealed bids for 2026 Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Replacement of Instrument and Control Systems. Bids must be submitted electronically via the http://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net portal by 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, and will be publicly available immediately thereafter. The bid documents and any addendums are exclusively available through the e-bidding system, with no physical copies obtainable from the Township. This bid was publicly posted on Friday, February 20, 2026. Prospective contractors are required to comply with several New Jersey regulations, including N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
