Bee Meadow Pool Concession Stand

The Township of Hanover is seeking proposals for the operation of the Bee Meadow Pool Concession Stand during the period commencing Memorial Day weekend (May 28, 2021) and ending on Labor Day (September 6, 2021). A minimum bid of $6,000.00 is required, and bids less than this amount will be rejected. Bidders must submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a copy of their New Jersey Business Registration Certificate with their proposal. Quotations must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, to the Bid Committee at the Township of Hanover. The Township reserves the right to extend the contract for one additional pool season (2022), with a 2% increase in payment to the Township. The Township also reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and to award the contract to any bidder whose proposal best serves the needs and interests of the Township.
