Municipal Complex Signage

Hanover Township is seeking sealed bids for the Municipal Complex Signage project. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing pin letters at the main entrance and police department entrance, along with the construction of a 6-foot-tall backlit navigational sign. The construction requires removal of existing building lettering, patching and repair of existing EIFS synthetic stucco, finishing of fascia, installation of new building lettering, installation of new light fixtures at the police entrance lettering, and construction of the backlit navigational sign, including all electrical work required. If sufficient funding is available, the scope of work shall also include supplemental bid construction of a 9-foot-tall programmable LED monument sign. Bid documents are available for inspection at the Township Engineer's office, and copies can be obtained upon request and payment of $100.00. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Township Clerk at 1000 Route 10, P.O. Box 250, Whippany, New Jersey 07981-0250 and will be received until March 3, 2020.
