Notice to Bidders: 14. Sidewalks, Driveway Aprons & Curbs + 15. Storm Sewer Inlets & Manholes

The Township of Hanover is seeking sealed bids for two projects: Bid No. 14 concerns the construction and removal of concrete sidewalks, driveway aprons, and granite or concrete curbs. Bid No. 15 involves constructing or reconstructing storm sewer inlets and manholes, including the installation of reinforced concrete pipes. The contract period for both projects is slated to begin on September 1, 2025, and end on August 31, 2026, with the possibility of a two-year extension. Bids must be submitted by mail or other delivery methods to the Township Clerk at 1000 Route 10, P.O. Box 250, Whippany, New Jersey 07981-0250, no later than 11:00 A.M. on August 5, 2025. Bid documents are available for inspection at the office of the Township Engineer, located at the Municipal Building Complex, 1000 Route 10. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract within ten days of the contract award.
