Replacement of Doors at the Municipal Complex

The Township of Hanover sought bids for the Replacement of Doors at the Municipal Complex. The project scope included the replacement of the main aluminum and glass entrance storefront and interior vestibule, incorporating automatic operators for accessibility, as well as replacing the entry door to the Whippanong Library Entrance and the employee entrance door, both with automatic operators. The doors were to be tied to the building’s existing security access system. Bid documents, prepared by the Township Engineer and approved by the Township Committee, were available for inspection at the Township Engineer's office at the Municipal Building. Bidders were required to furnish a Certificate of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Bids were due by August 20, 2019, at 11:00 AM.
