that sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Hanover at the Hanover Township Municipal Building, 1000 Route 10 (intersection of North Jefferson Road and Route 10 westbound), Whippany, New Jersey 07981, on
Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 11:00 A.M.
, prevailing time, for:
POLICE OFF-DUTY DETAIL MANAGEMENT
Proposal documents may be obtained during regular business hours on Monday through Thursday (8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) and Friday (8:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.) from the Township Administrator’s office located at the Hanover Township Municipal Building, 1000 Route 10, Whippany, New Jersey 07981. Completed proposals must be submitted to, and received by, Joseph A. Giorgio, Business Administrator, on or before 11:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, July 7, 2021

Proposals must be enclosed in opaque sealed envelopes, plainly marked “Proposal for Police Off-Duty Management” with the name and address of the respondent on the outside. Proposals may be submitted via certified mail, express delivery service, or in person. The Township is not responsible for proposals forwarded through the mail or express delivery service if lost in transit at any time before proposal opening. Proposals received after the time set forth above will be returned unopened.
If awarded a contract, the successful respondent shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.

RFP FOR POLICE OFF-DUTY DETAIL MANAGEMENT
ADDENDUM NO. 1
Dated June 22, 2021
TO ALL CONCERNED:
The original RFP Document and legal notice posted on the Township’s website on June 14, 2021 for the above-referenced Contract are hereby amended as noted in this Addendum. This Addendum shall become a part of the RFP Contract Documents and is to be attached thereto.
Respondents are reminded that they
must
acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the designated page ten entitled “Acknowledgement of Receipt of Changes to RFP Documents Form.”
RE: Clarification to price criteria and change in RFP opening date
Paragraph 1 under “Price Criteria” is deleted and replace with the following language:
Respondents should include a proposal fee that shall be a flat fee set as a percentage of the total invoice cost to be billed to clients of the system. More specifically, it shall include all costs associated with program configuration, implementation, deployment, training, any travel required and insurance. The Township shall not incur additional costs or fees associated with the program.
The RFP Proposal opening date of July 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. is deleted and replaced with the following: Bid opening date of July 21, 2021 at 11 a.m. in
the Main Meeting Room at the Hanover Township Municipal Building located at 1000 Route 10W at the intersection of Route 10 and North Jefferson Road in the Whippany Section of the Township.
