Stoney Brook Community Farm and Garden Expansion

The Township of Hanover is soliciting sealed bids for the Stoney Brook Community Farm and Garden Expansion project. Bids will be received by the Bid Committee on May 6th at 11:00 A.M. at the Township's Municipal Campus. Prospective bidders can obtain bid documents from the Township Engineer's office upon payment of a non-refundable $100.00 fee. Bids must be submitted on standard proposal forms, enclosed in sealed envelopes, and accompanied by a surety bond or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount (minimum $500, with a maximum of $20,000), a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Certificate of Surety. Bidders must comply with various New Jersey State Statutes, including the Local Public Contracts Law and Prevailing Wage Rates. The Township reserves the right to hold bids for sixty (60) days.
