Traffic Calming Improvements on Mountain Ave & Summit Ave

The Township of Hanover is seeking sealed bids for Traffic Calming Improvements on Mountain Avenue & Summit Avenue. Bidders must submit their proposals to the Township Clerk at 1000 Route 10, P.O. Box 250, Whippany, New Jersey 07981-0250, by September 10, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. Bids must include a Certificate of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid (with certain limitations). Bid documents can be inspected at the Township Engineer's office at the Municipal Building, 1000 Route 10, and copies are available upon request with a non-refundable payment of $100.00. The payment shall be made by CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to the “Township of Hanover”. The Township reserves the right to hold bids for 60 days prior to making an award.
