NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT
UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PRICING AGREEMENT
The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative
contract for the following service: “Auction Services with Related Solutions”, Sourcewell
Cooperative Contract #111424-PRC from PropertyRoom.com, 5257 Buckeystown Pike,
Suite 475, Frederick, MD 21704.
You may download information from the Sourcewell website at https://www.sourcewell-
mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/111424-PRC. Auction(s) shall commence on
practicable dates and upon completion of necessary requirements.
Sourcewell Contract term: January 22, 2025, to January 27, 2029.
It is the intent of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights to utilize the Sourcewell contract
award to PropertyRoom.com, 5257 Buckeystown Pike, Suite 475, Frederick, MD
21704, for on-line auctions pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the
Sourcewell Request for Proposal. The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights is permitted to
join National Cooperative Purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-
6.2(b)(3).
Any/all comments shall be directed to Jonathan DeJoseph via email

COOPERATIVE PRICING AGREEMENT
The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative
contract for the following service: "Fabric Covered Buildings", Sourcewell Cooperative
Contract # 071223-ACS from Edge Innovates, 10235 101 Street, Suite 504, Edmonton,
Alberta T5J 3GI CANADA.

mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/071223-ACS. Auction(s) shall commence on practicable
dates and upon completion of necessary requirements.
Sourcewell Contract term: August 14, 2023, to August 18, 2027
It is the intent of the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights to utilize the Sourcewell contract award
to Edge Innovates 10235 101 Street, Suite 504, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 3GI CANADA for the
purchase of a 40' x 80' accu-steel high profile structure salt shed pursuant to the proposal
submitted in response to the Sourcewell Request for Proposal. The Borough of Hasbrouck
Heights is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing agreements under the
authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
