Special Requirements:
Due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency, the Municipal Building is closed to all persons other than employees of the Borough.  The bid opening will take place on the patio at the front entrance to the building.  Bidders and agents choosing to attend the bid opening are required to maintain safe social distancing and are requested, pursuant to CDC recommendations, to wear a face mask.  Bids may be mailed or delivered through delivery service such as FedEx or UPS and must be received by the Borough Clerk prior to the time of the bid opening.  Bidders wishing to hand-deliver a bid should contact the Borough Clerk for information regarding delivery.  In addition, a bin will be located at the rear vestibule to the building on the date of the bid opening between the hours of 10:00am and 11:00am prevailing time where bids may be hand delivered.  Following opening of the bids, requests to inspect any bid or portion thereof may be directed to the Borough Clerk and will be addressed separately at the time.
