Copies of plans, specification, and contract documents will be on file for public inspection and may be obtained upon payment of $27.00, said sum not refundable, at Boswell Engineering, 330 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, New Jersey 07606, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. prevailing time, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Bidders can also acquire contract documents by mailing a check payable to “BOSWELL ENGINEERING” at the address listed above and a copy of the bid package will be mailed or delivered through a delivery service to the prospective bidder.
Special Requirements:
Due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency, please be advised that pursuant to CDC recommendations, bidders and agents choosing to attend the bid opening are required to wear a face mask and maintain safe social distancing. Bids may be mailed or delivered through delivery service such as FedEx or UPS and must be received by the Borough Clerk prior to the time of the bid opening.  Bidders wishing to hand-deliver a bid should contact the Borough Clerk for information regarding delivery. Following opening of the bids, requests to inspect any bid or portion thereof may be directed to the Borough Clerk and will be addressed separately at that time.
