Qualifications:
The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor.  NJ law requires the contractor pay the HIGHER of State prevailing wages or Davis-Bacon, for each class of worker.
Special Requirements:
The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 30 calendar days of notice to proceed.
