Description:
The work to be performed under this contract includes the replacement of outdated bleacher seating with a new, non-elevated ADA accessible bleacher system with an integrated press box. The scope of work also includes the replacement and addition of hot mix asphalt sidewalk, minor electrical improvements and other incidentals.
Principal items of work in the project include:
300 S.Y.    Hot Mix Asphalt Sidewalk, 6” Thick
L.S.     ADA Bleacher and Press Box and Foundations
L.S.     Furnish and Install Complete Electrical System

Special Requirements:
The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed by March 5, 2025. No work shall start on-site until after November 20, 2024 unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Owner or Engineer. Areas of the park outside of the construction limits shall remain open to the public. The Contractor is responsible for securing the project limits throughout the duration of construction. The Contractor shall coordinate the delivery of all equipment with the start of construction on-site. All shop drawings shall be submitted to the Engineer in a suitable timeframe to avoid delays to this schedule.
