Large Truck Maintenance & Repair

The Borough of Hawthorne is seeking bids for the maintenance and repair of large trucks owned and/or operated by the Borough. The awarded vendor will be required to perform all maintenance and repairs at their facility, which must be located within ten (10) miles of the Hawthorne Municipal Building. Key requirements include compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27. Specifications and bid forms are available at the Borough Clerk’s Office for a fee of $30.00. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Borough Hall by July 16, 2025, at 11:15 AM. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and endorsed with "Large Truck Maintenance & Repair", accompanied by required statements and affidavits. The Borough reserves the right to reject bids or waive any informalities.
