Qualifications:
Work to be performed under this Contract will frequently be of an emergency nature,  no specific time of completion will be set for these assignments; but the work shall be completed within a mutually agreed upon time between the Contractor and Engineer.  Contractor shall begin work within forty eight (48) hours o being notified of the on-call lead service line replacement by the Engineer.
