Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Borough website http://www.hawthornenj.org/Bids.aspx, or at Borough Hall, 445 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ 07506 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays; please contact the clerk's office to pick up in person, 973-427-1167.
Special Requirements:
Due   to   the   COVID-19   State   of   Emergency,   please   be   advised   that   pursuant   to CDC recommendations, bidders and agents choosing to attend the bid opening are required to wear a face mask and maintain safe social distancing. Bids may be mailed or delivered through delivery service such as FedEx or UPS and must be received by the Borough Clerk prior to the time of the bid
opening. Bidders wishing to hand-deliver a bid should contact the Borough Clerk for information regarding delivery. Following opening of the bids, requests to inspect any bid or portion thereof may be directed to the Borough Clerk and will be addressed separately at that time.
