Improvements to Maxwell Avenue

This document outlines the Maxwell Avenue Improvements project, which involves the construction of upgrades and improvements to water mains and water services on Maxwell Avenue, as well as on Summit Street, Cole Avenue, Clinton Street, and Bennett Place.
