Title Insurance Services

The Township of Hillside is seeking proposals for Title Insurance Services through a fair and open public solicitation process. The selected firm will provide required title searches, title binders/commitments, and title insurance policies related to property interests the Township will acquire, including fee title acquisitions and easements. Key requirements include being a duly licensed Title Insurance Agency in New Jersey, having insurance agent/broker errors and omissions insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and demonstrating at least five years of experience representing New Jersey governmental entities. Experience with the New Jersey Green Acres program and New Jersey Farmland Preservation Program is preferred. Proposals must be submitted by March 31, 2026, at 11:00 Α.Μ. to the Township Clerk's Office.
