BID – 21 – 13 - 2021 Street Tree Planting This Addendum # 2

The City of Hoboken is seeking bids for the 2021 Street Tree Planting project, bid number BID – 21 – 13. This is an open-ended contract where price bids were solicited on a unit basis. The City shall order the number of trees as needed to complete the project in accordance with the funds allocated. Addendum #2, issued on October 4, 2021, modifies the original bid documents and includes questions and answers regarding the bid specifications. Bidders must complete the forms provided in the bid specifications, including the “References & Vendor Qualifications” form. The bid submission deadline is October 13, 2021, at 1:00 pm prevailing time. Bidders must be familiar with local conditions affecting the cost of the work. The base bid total lump sum should be the total of each unit price (i.e., add line items 1-8).
