Bid 23-01 - Park Avenue (3rd Street to 4th Street & 5th Street to 8th Street) Water Main Replacement

The City of Hoboken is seeking bids for the Park Avenue (3rd Street to 4th Street & 5th Street to 8th Street) Water Main Replacement project. The project generally consists of replacing approximately 1,900 linear feet of 6-inch water main with 1,900 linear feet of 8-inch Class 54 ductile iron pipe, replacement of fire hydrants, main to curb valve replacement of services, and curb to meter replacement of service lines where lead services are encountered. The work must be completed within 120 calendar days. Bidders must submit a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid (not exceeding $20,000). The successful bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond. Bids are due by 2:00 PM prevailing time on May 24, 2023, at City Hall, Office of the City Clerk, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030.
