Vendors are required to comply,where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.,
N.J.A.C. 17:27-1et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
