ADDENDUM TO BID DOCUMENTS

BID 24-02 - Southwest Park Expansion This Addendum # 2 dated March 5, 2024, is issued to modify the above-mentioned BID, and is hereby
made part of the BID documents. Please attach this Addendum #2 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal. This addendum includes:
A. Replace all 16 pages of the bid tab with the revised bid tab provided. The Bid Tab issued under
Addendum #1 is missing pay items “Outlet Control Structure Pile Cap” and “Outlet Control Structure
Drive Pipe Piles”. These pay items have been added as items 89 and 90 in the revised Bid Tab.
Numbering of pay items has been updated accordingly.
B. The specification section 012000 Measurement and Payment has been revised to reflect changes to
the bid tab.
C. Specification section 310913 Monitoring of Adjacent Structures has been revised.
D. Bid opening date has been extended to: Tuesday March 19, 2024 at 2:00pm
prevailing time.
This addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance. The City will not
accept any further RFI/questions at this time.
There are no other changes to the BID documents as part of this addendum.
