Bid No. 23-12 - Hoboken City Hall Phase 2 Portico Restoration & North Stair Security Doors

The City of Hoboken is soliciting bids for the Hoboken City Hall Phase 2 Portico Restoration & North Stair Security Doors project, located at 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ. Only previously prequalified bidders are eligible to submit bids. A pre-bid conference will be held on December 11, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the project site, and while attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office at 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 by January 4, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The work must be completed within 240 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bids must include a Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount.
