Bid No. 24-02 - Southwest Resiliency Park Expansion City Of Hoboken, Hudson County, New Jersey

The City of Hoboken is soliciting bids for the Southwest Resiliency Park Expansion project. This involves expanding the existing Southwest Resiliency Park by 0.803 acres (35,000 SF) to provide active recreational facilities while detaining 260,000 gallons of stormwater. The park will feature an underground storage system, green infrastructure, pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, splash pad, restrooms, lighting, seating, and other amenities. An optional pre-bid site walk-through is scheduled for February 12, 2024, at 11:00 am at Southwest Park.
