BID NO. 24-07 - 15th Street Roadway Improvements Between Madison Street and Adams Street and Willow Avenue to Park Avenue (NJDOT 2023)

The City of Hoboken is soliciting bids for roadway improvements on 15th Street between Madison Street and Adams Street, as well as from Willow Avenue to Park Avenue (NJDOT 2023). The project includes extensive roadway excavation and raising, asphalt pavement installation, curb and sidewalk work, a raised bike lane, decorative lighting, landscaping, knee walls, railings, and roadway and bike lane striping, as well as roadway resurfacing and complete street improvements. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2024, and the final day to submit bid questions is September 27, 2024. The work is to be completed within 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with construction expected to start in April 2025.
