BID NO: 25-05 - Sealed Bids for the Pressure Mitigation Project

The City of Hoboken is soliciting sealed bids for the Pressure Mitigation Project (BID NO: 25-05). The project entails the installation of two below-grade concrete vaults, one at Newark Street and Harrison Street, and another at Henderson Street near Observer Highway. This includes pressure control valves, flow meters, piping, isolation valves, electrical services, instrumentation, a control system, and associated appurtenances. Restoration of pavement, striping, curbs, and sidewalks will also be required as needed. The completion timeline for the work is set at 210 calendar days, subject to owner and engineer approval of any alterations. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through is scheduled for April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the intersection of Newark Street and Harrison Street.
