Bid No. 25-13 - Maritime Park Improvements (Second Attempt)

The City of Hoboken is soliciting bids for Maritime Park Improvements (Second Attempt). The project includes demolition of existing features within Castle Point Skate Park, Hudson River Walkway paver walkway, site amenities, lighting, curbing, fencing, as well as bulkhead and railing. A new poured-in-place concrete Skate Park and Castle Point Plaza will be established, and the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway will be re-established. The work is anticipated to be ongoing throughout the project duration and must be completed on or before 510 days after Notice to Proceed. The bid submission deadline is December 3, 2025, at 9:30 am.
