This Addendum # 1 dated July 16, 2024, is issued to modify the above-mentioned BID, and is hereby made part of the BID documents. Please attach this Addendum #1 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal. This addendum includes:
On Page 9 of 103 of the Specifications and Statutory Requirements, Under III. (C), Change the third sentence of the first paragraph to:
“In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received by July 23rd, 2024, at 12:00 pm prevailing time.”
This addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance.
There are no other changes to the BID documents as part of this addendum.
