Maritime Park Phase 1 Improvements

The City of Hoboken is announcing a Public Hearing for the Maritime Park Phase 1 Improvements project, located near Sinatra Drive and Castle Point Terrace. The city is seeking funding through the State of New Jersey Green Acres Program for the construction of an improved skate park, pedestrian plaza, enhancements to the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway, and a living shoreline. Planning documents, including a concept plan, preliminary cost estimate, and environmental impact assessment, are available online and at City Hall. Public comment is invited during the hearing or in writing.
