The CITY OF HOBOKEN intends to participate in the Sourcewell Contract #031622-SII for purchasing Artificial Turf and Tracks with Installation, Related Equipment,
Materials, and Supplies for Stevens Little League Field. Information regarding the contract may be found on the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing website
at: www.sourcewell-mn.gov. Plans and Specifications may be obtained upon request by sending an email below.

The CITY OF HOBOKEN anticipates joining the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract on November 13, 2023.
‍
The Sourcewell Term of Contract #031622- SII is from May 25, 2022, to May 26, 2026.
‍
It is the intent of the PURCHASING AGENT-QPA to make a contract award after November 2, 2023, to Athletic Fields of America pursuant to the proposal submitted based on the Sourcewell Contract and the scope of work represented in the Plans and Specifications prepared by Colliers Engineering and Design.
‍
The CITY OF HOBOKEN is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N. J. S. A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
The comment period for this notice ends on November 2, 2023. Comments should be submitted by sending an email below to Colliers Engineering and Design.
