RFP 22 – 20 - RFQ – Professional Services – Licensed Attorney – Municipal Public Defender – Term: January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023

The City of Hoboken is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys to provide legal representation as Municipal Public Defender. Appointees will be considered per diem non-employees and compensated at $350.00 per court session. The Chief Municipal Public Defender will receive a stipend of two court sessions per month for performing scheduling and administrative responsibilities. Sealed qualifications must be received by the Purchasing Department on or before December 22, 2022 at 2:30 p.m.
