The City of Hoboken is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to provide special legal counsel as Board Attorney to the City's Alcohol Beverage Control Board. The selected firm will provide legal representation at board meetings and as directed by Corporation Counsel and/or the Administration. This RFQ does not guarantee representation of the City in ABC litigation. Submissions are due by December 28, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
