CITY OF HOBOKEN NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Qualifications will be received by the Purchasing Department, for the City of Hoboken, Hudson County, State of New Jersey on December 28, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. prevailing time at Hoboken City Hall, Office of the Clerk, 94 Washington Street, NJ 07030:
DESCRIPTION: RFP 22-46 (2nd Attempt) RFQ – Professional Services – Licensed Attorney – Special Counsel – ABC Attorney – Term: January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023
The City of Hoboken is requesting Qualifications from qualified firms to provide special legal counsel in the form of legal representation as Board Attorney to the City of Hoboken’s Alcohol Beverage Control Board, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent. This RFQ is limited to representation of the City of Hoboken Alcohol Beverage Control Board at board meetings and as directed by Corporation Counsel and/or the Administration and does not necessarily
seek or guarantee representation of the City of Hoboken in ABC litigation and related matters.
Specification and other RFQ information may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or send your request to the email address below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of
Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
