RFP – 22 – 47 - Planning Services to Prepare a Redevelopment Plan for the Housing Authority of the City of Hoboken Redevelopment Area

This Addendum # 1 dated January 5, 2023, is issued to modify the above-mentioned RFP, and is hereby made part of the RFP documents.
Please attach this Addendum #1 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal. This addendum includes:
‍
Q1. The Redevelopment Area consists of six (6) non-contiguous areas. Is the intent of Task 6, Part A that a minimum of three (3) redevelopment concepts shall be prepared for each of the areas, for a minimum total of 18 redevelopment concepts throughout the Redevelopment Area?
‍
A1. For Task 6, Part A, the selected consultant must develop a minimum of three (3) redevelopment scenarios that include redevelopment concepts (massing, uses, dwelling units, parking, etc.) for the six (6) housing sites within the HHA Redevelopment Area. Each redevelopment scenario should be designed to achieve the plan’s goals and objectives identified during Task 5 and consider the total development program assumed across all HHA properties. As long as the plan’s goals and objectives are satisfied, the redevelopment concepts developed for each property may or may not vary between every redevelopment scenario. Therefore, a minimum total of 18 redevelopment concepts throughout the Redevelopment Area is not required or anticipated. While the sites are non-contiguous, the scenarios for each site should not be viewed as completely independent from the other sites.

RFP Submission Requirements Addendum:
‍
In addition to providing an anticipated project schedule with critical path and milestones identified, please provide the estimated number of weeks or months required to complete each Task within the Scope of Work.
‍
This addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance.
‍
The City will not accept any further RFI/questions at this time.
‍
There are no other changes to the RFP documents as part of this addendum.
