RFP - 23 – 02 (2ND attempt) - Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Café Operations at Resiliency Park Terrace Pavilion

The City of Hoboken issued an Addendum #1 for RFP 23-02 (2nd attempt) for Competitive Contracting of Café Operations at the Resiliency Park Terrace Pavilion. This addendum, dated February 2, 2023, provides clarifications through a series of questions and answers regarding the responsibilities for furnishing, utilities, restrooms, kitchen equipment, and building systems within the café and adjacent seating areas. The city will furnish 35 café tables and 120 chairs for the Terrace Grove area, provide water, gas, and electric hookups (with the operator reimbursing for consumption), and install the canopy. The city is also responsible for maintaining building systems, including HVAC and lighting. The café operator will be responsible for providing all cooking, refrigeration, other kitchen/dining equipment, and ensuring the interior café space is clean and sanitary. Crucially, this addendum extends the submission deadline for proposals to February 22, 2023, at 2:30 PM. No further RFI/questions will be accepted at this time. Proposers must acknowledge receipt of this addendum.
