NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson,
State of New Jersey on April 12, 2023 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:

Request for Proposals (RFP): City of Hoboken Request for Qualifications from Individuals or Firms Interested in Serving as Insurance Broker – Health Benefits, Medical, Prescription (Rx), Stop Loss, Third Party Administrator, Dental and Vision for the City of Hoboken Term: January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services – Serving as Insurance Broker to the City, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or send your request via email below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
