RFP - 23 – 04 Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Instructional Recreation Baseball Questions

The City of Hoboken is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide competitive contracting instructional recreation baseball services. The scope of work requires adherence to city specifications or approved equivalents and compliance with various New Jersey statutes, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., as well as local fair and open process requirements. Proposals were due by March 14, 2023, at 2:30 PM prevailing time, to the Division of Purchasing at City Hall. A deadline for written questions and requests for information was established for March 3, 2023, at 12:00 PM, with all inquiries to be directed via email to the Purchasing Agent. No questions were accepted after this date. Interested vendors obtained specifications and additional RFP information by emailing the Division of Purchasing. All bid-related correspondence and inquiries were managed by Jennifer Mastropietro, QPA, the Purchasing Agent.
