RFP 23-13 - Request for Proposals (RFP): NJ TRANSIT – Hudson Bergen Light Rail Hoboken 15th Street Station Feasibility

The City of Hoboken is soliciting proposals under RFP 23-13 for a feasibility study related to the NJ TRANSIT – Hudson Bergen Light Rail Hoboken 15th Street Station. This request is open to qualified individuals and firms capable of providing the necessary goods and services as outlined in the specifications. Proposers are mandated to comply with applicable New Jersey statutes, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, and the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, in addition to all other relevant legal requirements. Sealed proposals for RFP 23-13 must be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. on August 24, 2023, at 2:30 PM prevailing time.
