The City of Hoboken is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to provide special counsel (all categories) in the form of legal representation, particularly litigation representation. This representation will cover matters relating to the City of Hoboken’s government administrative functions. The term of the contract is slated to run from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Sealed qualifications must be received by the Purchasing Department no later than November 30, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.
