CITY OF HOBOKENNOTICE TO VENDORSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on November 21, 2023 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at the office of City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:

City of Hoboken Request for Qualifications from Individuals or Firms Interested in providing professional Actuary Services to the City of Hoboken for the period of one year from date of award
The City seeks qualifications from qualified individuals, firms or teams who wish to provide professional services stated above to the City of Hoboken pursuant to New Jersey statutes in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, Hoboken City Hall by sending email below or call tel: (201) 420-2000 ext. 1401.

Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
